The young people from the Ambassadors for Peace Programme undertook a project to help with remembering the people who have suffered as a result of the worlds genocides. The photographic exhibition was launched in Shankill Library on Thursday 25th Jan 2024 and was a combination of personal testimonies, a music piece with Ulster Orchestra and the photos. The event was very well attended and the young people who ran the day were really pleased with the outcome. The legacy of the project will be three months of exhibition teaaching others visiting NI Libraries of the impacts of hate and prejudice.
